Florida Concrete Coating customer reviews

I’m beyond impressed with the work FL Concrete Coating did on my garage floor. The transformation is stunning – it looks like a showroom now! The team was professional, punctual, and answered all my questions. The coating feels durable and high-quality. Highly recommend them if you want a clean, polished look that lasts.

Joao and his wife are a terrific team. They did epoxy floors in two of my garages and the results are amazing. Fair price, punctual, great communication, super clean. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely hire them again.

Amazing service and very punctual. The job done was superb. My two homes garage look amazing. I recommend this company 110%.

PEAK ADULT JOY Achieved! Florida Concrete Coating has delivered what can only be described as PEAK ADULT JOY. Our home was built in 1975, and I’m convinced the garage had never been cleaned in all 51 years before we bought it. We’re talking cracks, holes, and stains. And since our washer and dryer live out there, we spend A LOT of time in that garage. As a Type A, semi‑OCD human, an ugly, cracked floor was driving me slowly but steadily insane. My husband did the research and found Florida Concrete Coating. They were budget‑friendly, had great communication, and solid workmanship. From the first estimate to the final sweep, they delivered exactly what they promised. On installation day, they even had a call‑out, but instead of rescheduling, John’s wife suited up and joined the job herself. We felt like VIPs with the dream team in our driveway. They were on time, communicative, and totally fine with us watching the process like two people glued to DIY/ASMR transformation videos (which… we are). The transformation was SO satisfying to watch, and the final product? Chef’s kiss. The photos and videos I posted here don’t even do it justice. The garage looks brand new. CLEAN. SMOOTH. BEAUTIFUL. It’s basically a laundry spa now. This project was truly a weight off my shoulders, and I would recommend Florida Concrete Coating to anyone even thinking about upgrading their space. Five stars, no notes...just joy.

Very nice people. Looks great have to stay off a little longer than anticipated by that is due to the weather. Would highly recommend at this point.

Super professional service, impeccable work, I highly recommend them.

Every thing is good I love it thank you

João and Beatriz were great. Very professional but you can tell at the heart it’s a family business. We did my pool deck but I will definitely have them come back soon to do my drive way.

We had Florida Concrete Coating redo our garage, and the results are amazing! The floor looks beautiful and feels like it will last forever. The crew was professional, friendly, and kept everything clean from start to finish. It really upgraded the look of our home — worth every penny !

Florida Concrete Coating did an amazing job on our garage! The floor looks beautiful, super durable, and easy to clean. Already had some oil leaks from our car and it came right off. Great team and professional service — highly recommend!

The experience demonstrated an impressive commitment to quality and consistency at every turn. I appreciated the dedication visible throughout the process, which made everything feel reliable and rewarding. The result was extraordinary and worthy of sincere praise.

Look no further, you’ve found the best company for your garage floor coating! They have been phenomenal in every way. Communication, response time, quality of work, products used and attention to detail were all excellent! They really took the time to do a great job. I previously had a painter who said he was experienced spend an hour applying a flake system to my garage floor, which ended terribly. They stripped my entire garage floor down to the bare concrete before they reapplied the new flooring. I’ll include before and after pictures. My new floor is absolutely better than I could’ve expected, this baby shines!!

Amazing service. Very punctual and efficient. John and his wife are amazing. My wife and I are super happy with the work done in our two houses. I recommend 1100%

Excellent job !!!

Amazing. They did a great work in my garage!!

They did such a great job and were easy to get a hold of and great to work with. Took about 1/2 a day and made our new homes garage look totally different and modern! They were easy to get a hold of via FBMP and to schedule and also even send text reminders and call before job begins.

We had our lanai done with epoxy and the results turned out amazing. From start to finish the team was professional, on time, and very detail oriented. They took the time to explain the process, helped us choose the right finish, and made sure everything was done right. The final product completely transformed the space. It looks clean, modern, and feels much more durable and easy to maintain. You can tell they take pride in their work because the finish is smooth and consistent with no shortcuts. If you are thinking about upgrading your lanai or outdoor space, I would absolutely recommend them. Great quality, great communication, and a really solid overall experience.

We had an amazing experience with John, who did our garage floor epoxy. He was extremely professional from start to finish, very kind, and someone you can truly trust. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done perfectly. The final result looks incredible—better than we expected! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and great service. Job well done John!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Florida Concrete Coating! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, professional, and delivered beautiful results. The team arrived on time, introduced themselves clearly, and laid out what would happen each step of the way—no surprises. They took great care with surface preparation, which showed in the final look: the finish is smooth, uniform, and truly looks like a high-end upgrade rather than just “another floor” transformation. Communication was excellent: responsive to questions, clear about timelines and what to expect once everything cured. The end result speaks for itself. We now have a floor that looks great, feels durable, and was well worth the investment. It has already drawn compliments from friends and family. If you’re looking for a flooring company that delivers exceptional value, professionalism, and a truly high-quality finish, we wholeheartedly recommend Florida Concrete Coating. Thank you to the whole crew for a fantastic job!
